TERMS AND CONDITION

Welcome to the Yes For Early Success website (“the Site,” “the company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Yes For Early Success provides this website as a service to its customers. As a customer or client of Yes For Early Success (the “Company”) service or any program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, without modification, and acknowledge reading them.

CANCELATION

All agreements may be terminated with or without cause by either party upon thirty (15) days written notice. All services provided in advance will be charged upon early termination. 100% or partial refund if we have not fulfilled our obligations to deliver the work required under the agreement. The Refund Policy is below.

Yes For Early Success reserves the right to cancel any agreement on projects that are abandoned or lay dormant for more than 30 days with or without notice.

REFUNDS

A 100% refund will be made only in the event of a cancellation within 3 days of an agreement of services. All sales are final. A project may be split into monthly payments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable.

We do not offer any refund for services that are already delivered, started, or any other miscellaneous charges which are non-recoverable for Yes For Early Success. No payment will be refunded once an initial draft is provided and revisions start. There are no partial refunds for projects mid-way through a milestone phase.

APPROVAL OF ARTWORK

The Client should carefully proofread any design material provided by Yes For Early Success before it is printed or uploaded to its website.

WEBSITE DESIGN  POST-COMPLETION ALTERATIONS

We offer a 30-day technical support after site launch. Support includes site maintenance instruction, content edits, and any functional bugs or glitches and minor styling changes like color and font. Support excludes major feature requests, new transactional functionality, layout changes and significant branding and design.

COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Yes For Early Success will retain intellectual copyright or any material, including any source code and original images created for you until final payment is received. Once payment has been received in full, the intellectual copyright will be passed on to you.

ADDITIONAL EXPENSES

Additional expenses may need to be added to Yes For Early Success. All plugins, themes, fonts, stock photography  and templates required for project will be purchased and billed separately unless otherwise specified in quotation.

AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All and any amendments to the terms and conditions outlined in this submission must be provided in writing by the Client and signed by an authorized representative of Yes For Early Success prior to the commencement of work outlined.

Please note by signing up for any of our services, you agree to be bound by all Yes For Early Success terms and conditions.
