Cooperative Help Center
Our Commitment
At YES For Early Success Cooperative, our utmost desire is to support Children, Families, Staff, and Community Partners in meaningful ways. We recognize that in the course of relationships, miscommunication, misunderstandings, and unclear expectations may arise, leading to frustration. It is our commitment to mediate concerns, address confusion, and resolve misunderstandings so that all our partners, including Early Learning Programs, Children, Families, YES Program Staff, and Community Partners, can navigate issues systematically, thoughtfully, and thoroughly.
How the YES Help Center Can Assist You
Initial Points of Contact
Child's Teacher and Center Director: If you have questions or concerns related to your child's education or experience, please reach out directly to your child's teacher and/or the center director. They are your first points of contact for resolving child-specific issues.
Concerns Regarding YES Staff: If your concern pertains to a YES Staff member, we encourage you to initiate contact with the staff member in question and/or their respective Regional Director. Each region within YES has an assigned Regional Director who can assist in addressing concerns related to staff conduct or performance.
HR Manager Support
HR Manager: If, after engaging with the child's teacher, center director, and regional director, you still have concerns that remain unresolved, please don't hesitate to contact our HR Manager at HR@yesforearlysuccess.org. The HR Manager is here to listen, support, and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution to your concerns.
Ethic Department
Ethic Department: YES For Early Success also has an Ethic Department dedicated to working with our valued community partners. This department comprises staff, early learning stakeholders, and parents. Our commitment to each partner (Child, Family, or Community Partner) is to actively listen, brainstorm solutions, and identify the next steps.
Summary of Discussions: Following discussions with the Ethic Department, the HR Manager will compile a summary of the conversation and email it to all involved parties, ensuring transparency and clarity.
Seeking Further Resolution
DCYF Continuous Quality Specialist and Executive Director: In the rare event that collaborative efforts do not result in a satisfactory resolution for all parties involved, YES For Early Success will work closely with DCYF Continuous Quality Specialists and the Executive Director to seek an equitable resolution.
